All Solicitors and Legal professionals regulated by the SRA are required to maintain a minimum level of professional negligence insurance. This is normally £3million for ltd firm structures or £2million for non limited firms.

SolicitorsPI.com is able to arrange primary layers of up to £3million through the approved insurer, Enterprise Insurance Company Plc. We have access to excess layers for cover of up to £10million through other London market insurers and can place higher limits in the open market through our partners, Harel UK Ltd.

We have also agreed a specialist premium finance facility to enable firms to spread their payments throughout the year.
